Intentional architecture
Every framework, dependency, and pattern is a choice we can defend. No defaults inherited from a tutorial.

We help small and medium companies do three things: figure out where AI earns its keep, get more out of the platforms they've already bought, and turn ideas and prototypes into production software. Most clients come in for one and find they need pieces of the others.
The advantage is structural. The people advising you on what to do are the people who'll build it, and be on call for it next quarter. Strategy doesn't get thrown over a wall to implementation, because there's no wall.
We work with founders whose prototype has to become real software, teams bringing AI into their operations for the first time, and leaders who've made a six-figure platform commitment that has to pay back.

If a decision will hurt later, we say so now. Surprise is the failure mode we work hardest to prevent.
A working demo is not a working system. We build for the fifth user, the fiftieth, and the on-call rotation.
We don't accumulate cleverness; we pay for it when it appears. Simple systems outlive clever ones.
We respond within two business days. If we're not the right team, we'll tell you who is.
